— A note on what the studio keeps

On what the studio keeps.

A Reading begins with a small amount of personal information. This page exists to be clear about what is collected, where it lives, what it is used for, and how to ask the studio to forget it.

What the form collects

When you request a Reading, the form asks for your name, an email address, and three pieces of biographical detail used to draw a chart — date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. It also asks the three questions that open every Reading: the line you have stopped saying, the thing that did not survive, and what you cannot yet say.

That is the entire request. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is collected automatically — the studio does not run analytics, does not place cookies on your browser, and does not pass your details to a third-party CRM or mailing platform.

What it is used for

Your details are used to prepare the Reading you requested, and to send it to you. That is the only purpose. The studio does not share the form contents with anyone — not with collaborators, not with marketing services, not for any future correspondence beyond the Reading itself.

If, after the Reading, you choose to enter a longer engagement with the studio, the studio asks again before keeping anything further. Consent is per-engagement, never general.

Where it lives

The Reading form posts via Web3Forms, which encrypts each submission in transit and delivers it directly to the studio inbox. The studio reviews the submission, prepares the Reading, and replies by email. Your details are used only to prepare your Reading — never sold or shared.

The studio does not retain the submission once the Reading has been delivered and the engagement closed. Active submissions are kept only as long as the work is in progress; archived ones are deleted at the close of each quarter unless you have asked otherwise.

How to ask the studio to forget

You can request the deletion of your submission at any time. Write a short message to hello@soul-unfiltered.com with the email address you used and what you would like removed. The studio confirms the deletion in writing, typically within seven working days.

You also have the right, under European data-protection law, to request a copy of what the studio holds about you, to ask for corrections, or to object to processing. The address above is where each of those requests goes.

If something changes

The studio commits to keeping this note current. If the form, the storage location, or the use of submissions ever changes, this page changes with it — and anyone with an open engagement is told directly, not asked to find out by reading the page again.
